Event Conditions of Entry
Entry to all Hubexo APAC events is exclusively for practising architectural, construction, design and specification professionals. Relevant professions include (but are not limited to) architects, interior designers, engineers, builders, specifiers, developers, and architectural graduates.
If requested, all persons must be able to prove their identity and industry relevance using formal third-party identification, such as a business card, company email address or company profile.
The right to deny access to or remove any person from the event is reserved by event staff if the person’s identity and industry relevance cannot be verified through formal third-party identification, or if a person’s behaviour is considered dangerous or unacceptable.
Hubexo reserves the right to enforce Event Conditions of Entry both prior to and during any Hubexo APAC event.
Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
Attendees must be a registered and verified guest of the event, and present at the time of a prize draw in order to claim any prize at a Hubexo APAC event, unless stated otherwise by official event communication.
Hubexo reserves the right to refuse prize allocation if the Prize Draw Terms & Conditions have not been met.

This includes your name, email address, contact number, company details (job title and company name), and any other information provided for internal business purposes, including inclusion in reports and/or exhibitors participating in the event.
